Volunteer Activities
Chairman of vlf Waldkirchen-Grafenau With 500 members, our district association is one of the smaller district associations in vlf Bavaria. However, we are now supra-regional and international. (www.vlf-frg.de )
Education and continuing education are essential components for the success of a company. Equally important are openness to new ideas and the ability to engage in fair dialogue. These are among the goals I pursue as chairman of the Association for Agricultural Vocational Education (vlf) Waldkirchen-Grafenau.
Special Projects
Lay Judge at the Tax Court in Munich
On the proposal of the Farmers' Association, I was elected for the first time in 2016 and again in 2021 and 2025 at the Munich Tax Court according to §22 of the Financial Code formed election committee for the period until December 31, 2030 as a lay judge.
Municipal Council Member 2020 - 2026
The Hohenau Municipal Council has 16 members. From May 2020 to April 2026, I had the privilege of serving on this council. Throughout my tenure, open dialogue, transparency, and accountability in decision-making were always of particular importance to me. What we achieved during this time: expansion and modernization of both kindergartens, comprehensive broadband expansion with fiber optics by 2028, securing the future of the wastewater treatment plant without burdening residents, new cellular coverage, a checklist for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, and sound budgets with annual debt reduction. In the election on March 8, 2026, I personally did not win re-election—however, the CSU local chapters in Hohenau and Schönbrunn am Lusen achieved a strong result and gained an additional seat—which makes me happy. My commitment to our community continues.
