Professional Experience

Sebastian Pauli

As a bridge builder between the digital and practical world, I combine agricultural practice with digital innovation. Since 2010, I have been driving the development of modern Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS) - from documentation and processing of complex data from agricultural technology, substrate management for biogas plants, contractor functionalities to implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. DüV).

In parallel, I demonstrate this digitalization expertise practically: On our poultry farm, we have implemented a complete digital transformation - from paperless documentation via digital receipt intake and e-invoicing to our self-developed multilingual homepage . Mobile point-of-sale system, self-managed IT infrastructure and strategic use of AI for coding and management tasks show how modern technology can be successfully implemented even in smaller operations. I have already transferred some of these proven digitalization approaches to three associations, establishing cloud solutions (Nextcloud) and modern association management (collmex, clubdesk). Rooted in the Bavarian Forest, I am committed to regional agriculture - this practical closeness flows directly into my digital developments and I also share this in seminars and supervising student work.
